We are on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Chapter Lead for our Quality Assurance (QA) team. If you are a strategic thinker with a strong background in QA and a desire to lead a team towards excellence, we’d love to hear from you! 

Requirements:

Experience: 

• At least 4 years of experience in QA, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. 
• Proven experience in building QA processes from scratch and improving them. 
• Experience in managing a team of 5 or more people 

Understanding of Testing Methodologies: 

• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques, including functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing. 
• Experience in developing test strategies and test plans. 
• Experience in implementing testing methodologies and processes 

Team Management Skills: 

• Experience in managing a team of testers (task planning, monitoring, employee training, and development). 
• Mentorship skills and the ability to share expertise. 

Communication Skills: 

• Ability to interact with various stakeholders, including product teams, developers, analysts, and management. 
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and negotiating on product quality. 

Technical Skills: 

• Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., TestRail, X-ray, etc.). 
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman). 
• Basic SQL skills and log analysis. 
• Experience with test automation and understanding of integrating tests into CI/CD. 
• Experience in testing mobile applications 

Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle: 

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. 
• Knowledge of SDLC and its impact on testing processes. 

Nice to Have: 

• Experience with performance testing and security testing. 
• Experience in the banking sector

• Management of the testing team (participation in hiring, motivation, onboarding, and development of employees) 
• Maintaining and evolving the automated testing strategy 
• Searching for and proposing new ideas regarding testing technologies and methodologies, suggesting optimizations for testing processes, and managing the product testing strategy 
• Risk analysis and assessment at all testing stages, making decisions to minimize them 
• Managing quality reporting, preparing and presenting reports on testing results and product quality metrics 
• Monitoring compliance with SLA and KPI, ensuring that set goals and quality standards are met within the established deadlines 
• Training and mentoring, supporting the team in developing hard and soft skills, organizing training and knowledge sharing 
• Ensuring the effectiveness of testing strategies, optimizing processes to reduce testing time and increase test coverage 
• Continuously improving QA processes, identifying weak points in processes and constantly enhancing them 
• Supporting and fostering a culture of quality in the company, instilling a high level of quality awareness and attention to detail within the team 
• Working with metrics and analytics, analyzing and implementing quality metrics.
