We are looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to join our Organizational Development & Employee Engagement functional area team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end learning and development process. You will partner with business leaders, employees and subject matter experts to design, implement, and continuously improve learning solutions that strengthen individual, leadership, and organizational capabilities.

+ ' ' +Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or Organizational Development.
Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles and modern learning methodologies.
Hands-on experience designing and delivering learning and development programs. Experience with leadership development initiatives is an advantage.
Experience managing learning projects from concept to implementation.
Ability to evaluate learning effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
Proactive, organized and accountable, with strong planning and project coordination abilities.
Creative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Fluency in English is required.

Manage the full learning and development cycle, from needs analysis to evaluation of learning effectiveness.
Partner with business leaders and internal stakeholders to identify capability gaps and recommend appropriate development solutions.
Design, develop, implement and continuously improve learning and development programs aligned with business objectives and organizational priorities.
Create engaging learning journeys by combining instructor-led training, digital learning, coaching, mentoring, action learning and other development methods.
Consult employees and managers on learning and development solutions
Coordinate learning initiatives, including program administration, vendor management and training logistics.
Monitor learning metrics, evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Promote a culture of continuous learning, collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization.
