We are seeking for a candidate who would contributes to creating a positive employee experience by coordinating employee listening activities, analyzing workforce insights, supporting culture transformation projects, and assisting in organizational development initiatives that enhance engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.Master's degree is an advantage.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or People Analytics.

Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian, upper-intermediate of English.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Experience working with employee surveys, feedback analysis, or HR projects is an advantage.

Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives is desirable.

Support employee listening strategies through engagement surveys, pulse surveys, focus groups, stay interviews, and other feedback mechanisms.

Translate employee insights into meaningful reports and recommendations that inform engagement, culture, and organizational development initiatives.

Participate in projects related to organizational culture transformation, behavioral change, and leadership effectiveness.

Support the measurement of organizational health and employee experience by maintaining key engagement metrics and preparing analytical insights.

Contribute to the design and delivery of wellbeing initiatives that foster resilience, psychological safety, and sustainable performance.
