Enterprise Architect

For our Architecture team, we are looking for a skilled enterprise architect who will actively contribute to designing the IT architecture framework and guidelines, consistent with the IT strategy, sharing and effectively communicating them; cooperating with the Tribes and projects leaders in the project architecture definition, ensuring the IT projects can benefit from architectural compliance.

5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture roles in a complex environment,

Master’s degree in informatics, Engineering, Math's.

Experience in project management and agile methodologies.

Ability to create and nurture excellent relationship at all levels within the IT.

Enterprise architecture principles, processes and organization.

Enterprise architecture tool knowledge.

IT organization and basics processes.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Leadership, teamworking and relationship skills.

Curiosity, pleasure to explore IT innovative solutions and proactive approach.

Knowledge of ITIL functions and processes.

Collaborate to define architecture evolution strategies and frameworks to support the IT programs and projects.

Collaborate with project managers to apply the architectural guidelines in IT projects, with an architecture by design approach.

Help in defining, tuning and operating the IT solutions design and governance processes.

Collect, maintain and govern the architecture information in all the enterprise architecture layers (Business, Application, Data and Integration, Infrastructure).

IT trends and innovations scouting and sharing.

Support, from an architectural standpoint the IT strategic assessment about new solutions, platforms and applications

Lead, support, and influence achievement of Enterprise goals and objectives through relevant architecture strategy and direction

Provide technical leadership in the design and development of enterprise architecture services and components

Identifies changes or additions needed to the current architecture to best support current and future needs

Participate in the development and maintenance of overall architecture principles and strategies.

Support and maintain architecture guidelines, rules, models, and presentation standards

Define and document the current and future architectural state of the Enterprise, including performing gap analysis and generating transitional architectures

Define, promote, and enforce Enterprise standards and industry best practices, including maintaining reference architectures that model solution expectations

Ensure ongoing architectural solutions align to Enterprise goals and standards

Maintain active relationships with relevant business and technology Leadership and Stakeholders

Research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain ongoing architectural relevancy
