About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Conduct cold calls to potential leads and establish rapport.
  •  Introduce our company's software solutions and services to prospects.
  •  Schedule and organize consultations and meetings with potential clients.
  •  Maintain accurate records and documentation of all sales activities and customer interactions.
  •  Respond promptly to leads through various channels including calls, emails, and Telegram messages.
  • ·Follow up with abandoned leads and nurture them back into the sales funnel.
  •  Conduct the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Make regular follow-ups with leads to ensure continued interest and engagement.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the team on lead quality and market trends.
  • Participate in sales training sessions and meetings to continuously improve sales skills.
  • Handle objections and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service.
  • At least upper-intermediate level of English.
  • Strong verbal skills, especially for calls.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including office programs like Sheets, Docs, and other reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
