• Responsible for supporting all the administrational and communication-related tasks associated with the PASHA Holding cross-company intrapreneurship program, educational program, and other different innovation projects, as required. 
• Responsible for keeping updated the cross-company intrapreneurship program related platform, as well as ensuring a proper execution of it by all the engaged stakeholders. Also responsible for all the communications related to the program updates and news. 
• Support the development of the Innovation community within PASHA group of companies through ongoing update of the different channels, including, but not limited to the TG channel, newsletter website, etc. Additionally, ensure keeping up-to-date the related information on the website/intranet page and social media posts, collaborate with PASHA Holding corporate communications team to ensure alignment. 
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, mainly program participants, coaches, Innovation Champions, and Sponsors from the Group companies to support the alignment and facilitation of the intrapreneurship and educational programs.
• Support with finding a new way on how to further foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the organization by encouraging experimentation, risk-taking, and knowledge sharing.
• Work closely with the senior team members and support with any requests in due course.

NamİZƏDƏ TƏLƏBLƏR

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project administration, innovation management, education administration, operations, and strategy. 
• Demonstrated track record of supporting complex projects and building strong relationships with cross-functional team members.
• Availability of local and international network and connections with innovation ecosystem players, including startups, accelerators, speakers, etc. is a big advantage.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Understanding of innovation methodologies, as well as understanding and interest in the technology market landscape, the innovation landscape, and global innovation ecosystem is a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Basic accounting skills to track spending, as well as finance understanding to ensure proper alignment with startups and sponsors.
• Proficiency with project management tools, such as Notion, Miro, etc. is required. 
• Language proficiency: English and Azerbaijani is a must, Russian and Turkey is preferable.
