We are looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our innovative and fast-paced team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend solutions using Django, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.

• Build and optimize dynamic, responsive web applications using Next.js and modern frontend technologies.

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to implement new features and ensure seamless frontend-backend integration.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.

• Conduct unit and integration tests to ensure application stability and reliability.

• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and SEO performance.

• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack, providing effective and scalable solutions.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the tech stack current.

• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to improve team performance.

• Take initiative in identifying opportunities for technical improvement or innovation.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development.

• Proficiency in Python/Django for backend development.

• Strong hands-on experience with Next.js and React for building high-performance frontend applications.

• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (including preprocessors like SASS/SCSS).

• Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with state management tools such as Redux or Context API.

• Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and database optimization techniques.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.

• Working knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest and Django’s testing tools.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Understanding of performance optimization techniques (e.g., lazy loading, code-splitting, caching).

• Solid understanding of web application security principles and best practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and containerization tools such as Docker.

• Experience with SEO optimization and frontend performance for SSR/SSG applications.
