Responsibilities

• Manage and support the full-cycle recruitment process, with a focus on global hiring

• Draft and publish job postings on appropriate platforms

• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring teams

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes

• Maintain and regularly update employee records and HR databases

• Help implement and improve HR processes and policies

• Support team members and leadership with day-to-day HR matters

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and international employment standards

Requirements

• 2–3 years of HR experience, including international recruitment

• Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

• Comfortable working with confidential information

• Experience working in a remote and multicultural team

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to team success
