Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Support/Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this dual role, you will serve as the bridge between customer needs and our website’s offerings. You will deliver exceptional support to existing users, assist with troubleshooting, and proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Provide detailed information about our website’s features, answer customer questions, and assist in finding the best solutions to meet their needs.
Efficiently and effectively resolve customer complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving additional sales based on customer needs.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and sales activities using CRM systems.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales and support performance goals.
Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to stay updated on products, services, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer support, sales, or a related field (preferred).
High-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
