This is not a traditional internship. The Community Associate will operate as a core member of the community team — taking on real ownership across community operations, engagement, and content pipeline management. The role demands someone who is self-directed, analytically sharp, and capable of working across multiple teams without constant supervision.

• Full professional proficiency in English — written and verbal
• Strong analytical thinking: ability to read data, draw conclusions, and act on them
• Creative and out-of-the-box thinking — able to propose ideas, not just execute instructions
• Highly organized with strong attention to cross-team dependencies and follow-through
• Familiarity with community platforms such as Discord, Slack, GitHub, or Telegram
• Technical background or genuine interest in tech — able to hold credible conversations with engineers, data professionals, and product teams
• Prior experience in community management, event coordination, or a related field
• Proficiency in Russian

• Monitor and track community member engagement metrics across platforms; identify patterns and flag risks or opportunities to the Community Lead
• Manage day-to-day activity across community platforms — channel monitoring, announcements, and member communications
• Coordinate the execution of community initiatives, workshops, and events — managing timelines, cross-team dependencies, and stakeholder follow-ups
• Liaise with internal teams to track deliverables and ensure community-related workstreams stay on schedule
• Propose new community initiatives grounded in the existing strategy and current engagement data
• Work closely with Community Champions on event topics, speaker selection, and member engagement activities
• Drive the community content creation pipeline — not writing content directly, but ensuring that designated contributors deliver consistently and on time
