Job Overview:

Senior Copywriter is responsible for developing and implementing a consistent and compelling tone of voice across all company communications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and creative, to ensure that all messaging aligns with the company's brand identity and resonates with the target audience. Senior Copywriter will also develop and maintain tone of voice guidelines and provide training and support to ensure all employees understand and use the company's tone of voice effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement a consistent tone of voice across all company communications, including marketing materials, website copy, social media, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, communications, and creative, to ensure that all messaging aligns with the company's brand identity and resonates with the target audience.
• Maintain tone of voice guidelines, ensuring they are up to date and consistent with the company's brand identity and messaging goals.
• Provide training and support to all employees to ensure they understand and use the company's tone of voice effectively.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and continually refine and improve the company's tone of voice strategy.

NamİZƏDƏ TƏLƏBLƏR

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
• Fluent in Azerbaijani/Russian/English
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for details.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of branding and brand strategy.
• Experience developing and implementing tone of voice guidelines preferred.
• Familiarity with industry trends and best practices related to tone of voice.
