Junior LinkedIn Specialist (English, B2B)
Baku. Full-time, ~6 hours a day (09:00-15:00), Monday to Friday. First month in person, fully remote after that.

About Signaltake
We run LinkedIn for business owners mostly in Dubai, in their name: profile, posts, comments, messages and inbox.

What you will do
- Edit and schedule each client's posts in our platform.
- Write and send the comments, 1 to 3 sentences each, from client's own words.
- Send connection requests from the queue and messages to people who accepted.
- Answer the inbox, and flag every meeting request.
- Log every action in the admin panel at the end of the day.

Rules
- Nothing invented. Every comment and message comes from what the client said.
- Client inboxes are confidential. You sign a contract and an NDA before you touch any account.
- When you are not sure, you ask. You never guess in a client's name.

What you need
- Good communication in English (CEOs and owners read what you write).
- Care and patience. You follow the process exactly and say so when it does not fit.
- This is not for someone looking for a side job. We need your full attention, every working day.
- Early in your career. Students and graduates with 0 to 1 years of experience are welcome.

What you do not need
- A marketing degree, a portfolio or LinkedIn experience. If you have any of them, good, it helps. Either way, we teach the method in 2 weeks.

Pay
- Paid 2-week trial: 400 AZN.
- After the trial: from 800 AZN a month, growing with the responsibility you take on.
- As the team grows, you grow with it, in role and in pay.

How we measure your work
- Not likes. Replies from people who can become the client's customer, and meetings booked. We review your comments and messages every week.

How to apply
Find 5 LinkedIn posts by business owners in Dubai and write 1 comment under each, in English, in a Google Doc with the post links. Do not post them on LinkedIn. Send the doc, your CV and a few words on why you fit to ali@signaltake.com.
