We are looking for a Junior Specialist / Specialist of Performance Management. The ideal candidate should be eager to develop their knowledge in performance evaluation, job analysis, and organizational structure. This role is suitable for individuals interested in data-driven HR practices, grading systems, and structured performance processes. The position provides hands-on experience in performance evaluation frameworks, job architecture, and HR analytics, while supporting both operational and strategic HR initiatives.

1–2 years of experience in HR, performance management, or a related field.

Knowledge of performance appraisal processes, grading systems, job analysis, and organizational structure changes.

Familiarity with job descriptions and job architecture.

Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, basic charts) and experience with Power BI.

Russian language is mandatory; English is desirable.

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Ability to structure information logically and organize documentation.

Proactive, responsible, and open to learning.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Readiness to work in a fast-changing HR environment.

Improve the performance evaluation process.

Participate in projects assigned to the department.

Support the preparation and updating of job descriptions (JDs) for various positions.

Participate in job analysis projects.

Support the development of job architecture and grading structures.

Contribute to the development of competency and grading systems based on job evaluation data.

Prepare structured reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel and Power BI.

Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and recommendations for performance programs.

Support HR teams in decision-making by providing accurate and practical data.
