The Senior Data Analytics Specialist is responsible for delivering product and growth analytics that support data-driven decision-making across the marketplace. The role focuses on understanding customer behavior, measuring product performance, identifying growth opportunities, evaluating product initiatives and experiments, and developing analytical solutions that help Product and Growth teams improve user experience, engagement, conversion, and retention.

Proven experience in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, Customer Analytics, or Business Analytics, preferably within a digital product, marketplace, e-commerce, or technology environment.

Strong experience analyzing user behavior, conversion funnels, cohorts, retention, engagement, customer segmentation, and product metrics.

Experience developing and maintaining BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and product performance monitoring solutions.

Experience working closely with Product Management, Growth, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams.

Experience evaluating product changes, experiments, A/B tests, campaigns, and growth initiatives using data.

Strong SQL and advanced data analysis skills, with experience working with large datasets and analytical models.

Strong understanding of product and growth metrics and ability to identify key drivers behind changes in user and product performance.

Strong BI and data visualization skills, particularly with Power BI.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable product and growth insights.

Ability to translate product and business questions into analytical approaches, metrics, and technical requirements.

Strong communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Deliver product and growth analytics to support Product Managers, Growth teams, and business stakeholders in data-driven decision-making.

Analyze user behavior, product performance, customer journeys, conversion funnels, retention, engagement, and growth metrics.

Develop, automate, and maintain BI dashboards, KPI reports, and performance monitoring tools for Product and Growth teams.

Build analytical dashboards to monitor key product metrics, user activity, conversion, retention, engagement, and other growth indicators.

Conduct funnel, cohort, segmentation, retention, and behavioral analysis to identify product improvement and growth opportunities.

Perform ad hoc analysis to investigate changes in product and user behavior and answer analytical questions from Product and Growth teams.

Identify key drivers behind changes in conversion, retention, engagement, customer behavior, and product performance, and provide actionable recommendations.

Measure and evaluate the impact of new product features, product changes, experiments, campaigns, and growth initiatives.

Support A/B testing and experimentation, including defining success metrics, analyzing results, and providing recommendations based on data.

Define analytical logic, metric definitions, data requirements, and calculation rules for dashboards, reports, and data products.

Work closely with Product Managers, Growth teams, Data Science, and Data Engineering to translate product questions into analytical solutions.

Work with Data Engineering to develop and improve data marts, datasets, data pipelines, and analytical models required for product and growth analytics.

Collaborate with Data Governance to ensure consistent metric definitions, data quality, and alignment across product and growth reporting.

Validate data accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and support the resolution of data quality issues together with technical teams.

Automate recurring reporting and analytical processes and improve the efficiency and scalability of data analysis.

Prepare analytical summaries, presentations, and data-driven recommendations for Product, Growth, and management stakeholders.

Communicate analytical findings clearly to both business and technical stakeholders and translate product and growth questions into analytical and technical requirements.
