- Translate data into meaningful insights with developing reports and data visualizations to present insights in the most effective way to enable decision making.
- Analyze data to improve customer retention.
- Conduct and communicate a thorough analysis of large data sets.
- Cleaning and normalizing data within Power BI and Excel.
- Collecting, evaluating, and reporting new data.
- Structure complex data sets to find usable information including weaknesses, trends, or opportunities.
- Effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
Namizədə tələblər:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Math, Business Administration, or any other related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 4 years’ experience in a data analyst position, preferably working as a Data/Business Analyst in a fast-paced and dynamic business setting. To have experience working in report creation, modeling, and trend forecasting.
- Highly proficient with Excel/PowerPoint/SQL, familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or any similar tools.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with cross functional teams
- Ability to draw actionable insights form raw data and information to help further the business’s cause. The candidate should be skilled in statistical and econometric modeling, performing quantitative analysis
- Exceptional attention to detail, have an ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines, have creative and innovative problem-solving skills, be self-motivated and proactive, and demonstrate calmness during time of uncertainty and stress.
