- Manages the development of strategic account plan for the demand generators in the market 
 
	- Manages the property’s proactive and reactive sales efforts 
 
	- Attends sales strategy meetings to provide input on weekly and overall sales strategy 
 
	- Researches different sales strategies to identify ways to grow occupancy and RevPar and increase market share 
 
	- Serves as the Sales contact for customers
 
	- Establishes and maintains regular relationships with a number of customers, and increases business activity / visitor numbers by striving to meet sales targets
 
	- Develops and retains new business using identified market segments and business sources where possible.
 
	- Maintains accurate accounts and data sheets on all active customers
 
	- Implements sales promotion strategy developed for all relevant markets
 
	- To monitor and analyze competitors' sales campaigns and activities for the department
 
Namizədə tələblər:
	- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
 
	- Previous Sales Management experience in Hotel industry
 
	- Fluent in Azerbaijan, Russian, and English languages
 
	- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and multitasking skills
 
	- Strong sense of responsibility and professional presentation
