Reporting and Business Intelligence Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Reporting and Business Intelligence Specialist with analytical skills and experience in data analysis for the contact centre services we provide to leading companies in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Analysing and reporting call centre performance,
• Creation of daily, weekly and monthly reports,
• To make database management and data analysis,
• Ensure KPI tracking and take responsibility for decision support for performance improvement,
• Work in close co-operation with the management team and the operations team to meet the reporting requirements,
• Create reports using data visualisation and editing tools,
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and contribute to the development of new reporting systems.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from related departments of universities (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.),
• Minimum 1 year of experience in reporting and business intelligence
• Advanced skills in using Excel and Power BI applications.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Able to work in a team, good at communicating,
• Attaches importance to details and can work result-orientated.
