We are seeking a proactive and experienced Middle Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the execution of web development projects from planning through delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage priorities and risks, and ensure timely and high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of multiple web development projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, QA testers, and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Gain a clear understanding of technical tasks and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee testing efforts by planning priorities, reviewing task dependencies, and ensuring coverage of critical functionality.
• Track and update task statuses in Jira; proactively address bottlenecks and risks.
• Ensure clear and effective communication across teams and with stakeholders.
• Maintain thorough documentation of project progress, testing results, and resolutions.
• Provide feedback on process improvements and help implement best practices for project management and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a web development or tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (especially Jira, Scrum, and Agile practices).
• Solid understanding of web development workflows and software testing principles.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team coordination skills.
• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
