Kapital Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Card Center of Excellence Lead to join Payment Systems Office .

Qualifications
 

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in card business governance or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on card business governance topics, including regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
• Prepare reports and presentations on card business governance matters for senior management and other stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain card business governance policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor card business activities to identify and assess potential risks and compliance issues.
• Liaise with other departments, such as Risk Management, Legal, and Compliance, to ensure that card business activities are conducted in a compliant and risk-managed manner.
• Stay up-to-date on changes to card business regulations and industry best practices.
