Position: Marketing assistant
Salary: 500-600 azn

Duties & Responsibilities

• Implement marketing and communications activities as directed to promote a range of company projects and services
• Administer marketing and communications programs for company products and services, assisting in the evaluation of performance and impact
• Support Marketing manager with the promotion activities and media relations evaluation
• Respond directly to news coverage and media requests
• Manage advertising and other promotional activities
• Administer all aspects of the company’s presence at exhibitions
• Any other duties necessary to this post as delegated by line manager.

Namizəd üçün tələblər

Education & Experience

• University degree in the field of marketing, business or journalism is required
• Minimum 1 year in related industry experience (internship)

Skills & Required Competencies

• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, both in writing and in person
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills with all level of employees, internal and external
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Azerbaijan and English (Russian is preferable)
• Demonstration of exemplary business ethics, integrity and honesty in all situations
• Excellent computer skills including Word/Excel/PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve
• Ability to work with limited direction and to function as a team member
• Calm under pressure and comfortable working in a busy environment
• To have a friendly, flexible and approachable manner.
