Junior Lawyer/Kiçik hüquqşünas

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with third parties;
• Drafting letters and other required documents to state agencies and third parties;
• Analyzing and preparing legal updates;
• Conducting legal research and interpreting legislation, international precedents and best practices;
• Representing our company before state agencies and other third parties;
• Organizing materials for team case review;
• Assistance with disputes and reporting.

• Bachelor university degree at law school;
• Ideally at least 1 year experience in a law firm or in-house;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and English languages (Russian is an asset);
• Strong drafting, legal analysis and negotiation skills;
• Strong attention to details;
• Punctual, self-motivated, open-minded, proactive.
