Job Title:  Junior HR Specialist

Job Summary
The Junior HR Specialist will oversee various human resource functions, including recruitment, policy development, employee relations, and compliance. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company objectives.
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in training and development programs to enhance employee growth.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks, including payroll coordination, benefits management, and contract administration.
  • Contribute to employer branding strategies to attract top talent in the gaming industry.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, labor laws, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
