• Responsible for leading and managing the company's internal cross-company intrapreneurship innovation program and innovation projects from ideation to delivery and implementation. This includes identifying and selecting innovative ideas, onboarding, coaching, and guiding the participants through the innovation process, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement successful innovations.
• Responsible for the required upgrade and support of the related platform, as well as proper facilitation and execution of it by all the engaged stakeholders.
• Develop and implement educational programs related to innovation and entrepreneurship, including designing curriculum, selecting participants, and delivering training and support.
• Develop and maintain a system for evaluating of internal innovation ideas against the innovation needs of the PASHA group of companies, tracking and measuring the impact of innovation initiatives through the identified metrics, and regularly report progress to senior management.
• Build and support the Innovation community within PASHA group of companies through different channels, including, but not limited to the Telegram channel, newsletter website, etc. Additionally, ensure keeping up-to-date the related information on the website/intranet page and social media posts, collaborate with PASHA Holding corporate communications team to ensure alignment.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, mainly participants and Innovation Champions and Sponsors from Group companies to ensure alignment and support for intrapreneurship and educational programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors, accelerators and incubators, educational institutions, mentors, investors, and other organizations and innovation ecosystem players to identify and leverage new ideas and technologies.
• Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the organization by encouraging experimentation, risk-taking, and knowledge sharing.
• Work closely with the Head of Innovations to strategically prioritize and manage innovation opportunities. Ensure proper support and supervision of the members of the Internal Innovation Team.
• Contribute to the overall success of the company’s innovation initiatives through active participation in team meetings and initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in innovation, technology, and related fields, and apply this knowledge and insightful strategic recommendations to drive continuous improvement and growth within the PASHA Group.  

NamİZƏDƏ TƏLƏBLƏR

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in innovation management, education management, operations, and strategy. 
• Demonstrated track record of supporting complex projects and building strong relationships with cross-functional team members.
• Strong international network and connections with innovation ecosystem players, including startups, accelerators, speakers, etc. 
• Strong project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously (availability of project management certificates is preferable).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and support participants through the innovation process.
• Executive presence and communication skills – able to build executive-level presentations and present to an executive audience.
• Deep knowledge of innovation methodologies, as well as understanding and interest in the technology market landscape, the innovation landscape, and global innovation ecosystem is a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to drive change and implement innovative ideas.;
• Native Azerbaijani, fluent English and Russian, and preferably Turkish languages.
• Professional presentation skills, Microsoft Office programs, Google Suite apps, project management software, spreadsheets, etc
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, MBA, education management or related field is preferred. 
• Basic accounting skills to track spending, as well as finance understanding to ensure proper alignment with startups and sponsors
