Bir Ecosystem is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Platform Security Specialist (Senior/Manager) to join the Platform Security Division within the Information Security function.

• At least 5+ years of experience with administering, configuring, optimizing, and maintaining networks and servers (Linux/Windows).
• Strong experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 administration, and Windows security ,monitoring and troubleshooting systems/servers.
• Hands-on experience with heavily virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Hands-on experience with on-premises and cloud-based backup solutions
• Hands-on experience with on-premises and cloud Email Solutions
• Experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting virtual environments (e.g., VMware, KVM) for at least 2 years.
• Knowledge of system administration, network, and operating system hardening techniques.
• Ability to analyze and resolve system/server issues\technical problems impacting performance.
• Knowledge and experience of Security products like DLP, PAM, Email security, Endpoint security, WAF

• Implementing and administrating Security Products - Deploying and maintaining security tools like PAM, WAF, DLP, Endpoint Security, MDM, MAM, intrusion detection systems, and encryption tools
• Managing Security Infrastructure - Ensuring proper configuration, updates, and patches for hardware, software, and network devices to address security vulnerabilities and compliance requirements.
• Developing Security Policies and Procedures - Reviewing and enforcing security policies, guidelines, and access controls to protect data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Conducting regular audits from security perspective
• Consulting for secure architecture design and implementation
