Development of strategy and management of cross-border payments:
- Deep understanding of cross-border payment structures at all levels
- Interaction with international partners (CIS, Turkey, Europe)
- Building partnerships and integrating solutions
Building the cross-border transfer system:
- Designing the platform from scratch
- Launching payment solutions that meet market requirements
Analytics and product management:
- Conducting business process analysis
- Ensuring the product meets company goals and customer needs
Strategy and Business Development:
- Shapes the development direction and strategy for cross-border products.
- Responsible for achieving business goals and ensuring product sustainability after launch (metrics, engagement, business performance).
- Scales product solutions to drive growth and market expansion.
Analytics and Decision-Making:
- Formulates and validates hypotheses through A/B testing.
- Analyzes data to support product decisions.
Team and Collaboration:
- Fosters a healthy team atmosphere and engages the team in the product’s development.
- Works with the team to decompose complex features and projects.
- Builds strong cooperation with cross-functional departments and partners.
- Actively collaborates with designers and initiates user research.
Backlog and Operational Management:
- Owns backlog relevance and prioritization.
- Cooperates with marketing and sales teams to achieve product goals.
