In this role, you will independently plan and conduct end-to-end qualitative and quantitative UX research to support the development of products and services that meet user needs. You will define research objectives, select appropriate methodologies, and conduct user interviews, usability testing, concept and prototype testing, surveys, and other research activities. You will analyze research data to identify user behaviors, needs, pain points, and opportunities, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations. You will also collaborate with Product, Design, Analytics, CX, and other stakeholders, present research findings, and contribute to the continuous improvement of UX Research practices.

• 2+ years of relevant UX Research or Product Research experience.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Ability to independently manage research projects from planning and methodology selection to analysis and recommendations.
• Good understanding of basic statistics and ability to interpret quantitative research results.
• Strong knowledge of user interviews, usability testing, survey research, and research synthesis.
• Understanding of Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, and Customer Experience (CX) principles.
• Working knowledge of Figma and ability to work with prototypes during research.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to turn complex findings into clear and practical product recommendations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional product environment.

Nice to have

• Experience researching different types of digital products, platforms, or ecosystems.
• Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or similar platforms.
• Experience combining behavioral analytics with qualitative and quantitative research.
• Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, and post-release product evaluation.
