Tech Lead (DVS)

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Tech Lead to drive the architecture and development of scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with leadership abilities to mentor the team and ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Strong proficiency in Java (11+) and Spring Boot ecosystem.•
• Experience with Relational Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)•
• Solid understanding of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.)•
• Expertise in Messaging Systems like Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ•
• Hands-on with Caching systems like Redis•
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and/or gRPC•
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices•
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes.•
• Monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)

• Lead the design and development of Java-based microservices and backend systems.•
• Collaborate with architects and product owners to define technical solutions.•
• Ensure code quality through reviews, standards, and best practices.•
• Provide technical mentorship to engineers and help grow the team’s capabilities.•
• Own and optimize the full SDLC from planning to deployment and monitoring.•
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis
