- Design user flows and interfaces for both Web and Mobile (iOS, Android).
- Formulate and validate hypotheses for interface solutions, improving the product through experiments.
- Analyze competitor solutions and study best practices in fintech and digital payments.
- Develop UX/UI design for payment solutions, improving conversion rates and usability.
- Work closely with the product team (Product Owners, developers, analysts, researchers, marketing).
- Conduct design reviews for all developed products and ensure quality control.
- Work with the design system, maintain consistency, and develop new components.
- Analyze user flows using data, conduct A/B testing and usability research.
- Justify design decisions based on data and user research findings.
- Be involved in all stages of product implementation – from backlog creation to production launch.
- Deeply understand the product and ask the right questions.
- Think systemically: see the product as a whole rather than just individual screens.
- Be willing to take risks to create original solutions.
Tələblər:
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design (preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or digital products).
- Experience working with Figma (auto-layouts, components, styles, design systems).
- Knowledge and experience working with design systems and a desire to contribute to their development.
- User research skills (usability testing, in-depth interviews, data analysis).
- Experience working with analytics tools (Google Analytics or Amplitude).
- English or Russian proficiency for working with documentation and the team.
