Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

• Managing Design Consultant Tenders
• Preparation Scope of Work of RFPs (Request for Proposal) for Design Consultant Tenders
• Managing Design Consultants during Design Development Phase
• Review of design documentation during Design Development Phase
• Coordination of multiple Design Consultants during Design Development Phase
• Responding RFI (Request for Information) received from Consultants, contractors
• Supporting Commercial Team during Value Engineering and Budget Studies
• Attending Design Meetings and supporting Project Team for key MEP related decisions.
• Review of shop drawings received from contractors
• Supporting Quality Team during review of Material Submittals, Method of Statements.

Desired background:

• Having Hospitality Projects experience from Pre-Construction Phase to Handover Phase.
• Design and Technical Office Experience is must.

Required skills:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Hospitality Projects
• Client/Developer side experience is preferable
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Self-motivated, eager to learn and to take on new challenges
• Ability to liaise and communicate with integrated multidisciplinary teams, and stakeholders
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Strong planning and organization skills
