 A young and dynamic hotel management company in Azerbaijan managing a world-class portfolio of hotels and resorts, ABSHERON Hotel Group is looking for Sales Executive, Corporate for its Hotel Units.
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  -  Generate and maintain customers of the corporate segment through various sales activities (face-to-face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment, site inspections, etc.); thus ensure complete coverage of own portfolio of accounts and achieve targets and maximum productivity.
  -  Formulate and negotiate corporate offers and yearly contracts and any other required business correspondence.
  -  Closely Monitor Accounts Revenue and business production for the Corporate Accounts and maintain up to date Account & Contact Database in property management system.
  -  Have comprehensive and up to date knowledge of all the properties’ unique selling points, features, amenities, services and policies.
  -  Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions.
  -  Co-ordinate and communicate with Global Sales Offices with regards to accounts / markets what are serviced by the Global Sales and also produce Sales Leads for all AHG hotels.
  -  Provide feedback to the Director of Sales & Marketing on changing market conditions, review direct competition and conduct regular research.
  -  Attend Sales events, as required.
  
 JOB REQUIREMENTS
  -  Knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
  -  Positive attitude and good communication skills.
  -  Excellent grooming standards.
  -  Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
  -  Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative.
  -  Experience in a sales role with a proven track record to close a sale.
