Operational Risk Manager

As an ORM Manager, you will support wih identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks that could impact Birbank and provide your expertise on identification of those risks as per the Enterprise Risk Management methodology for the various Risk focus areas such as Operational Risk Management.

• Higher economic or financial education
• At least 5 years in the banking sector, 3 years of functional experience
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
• Language skills: Azerbaijani, English (additional foreign language skills are welcome)
• Other knowledge and qualifications accepted in international practice

• Participates in the identification and assessment of operational risks;
• Advises on minimizing and preventing operational risks and participates in the activities carried out in this direction;
• Advises on identification, minimization and prevention of operational risks for new products, services, processes, motivational systems, as well as changes to existing products, services, processes and motivational systems
• Advises on the identification, minimization and prevention of operational risks on the new normative documents written in the bank, as well as on the changes made to the existing normative documents;
