• Developing performance testing strategies: Planning and designing performance tests for key business functions and mission-critical systems.

• Stakeholder communication: Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to align goals and expectations for performance tests and providing reports on test results.
• Collaborating with development and DevOps teams: Working closely with developers and DevOps engineers to integrate performance tests into the development process and CI/CD pipeline.
• Knowledge sharing and mentoring: Participating in team education, conducting workshops, and providing mentoring.

Tələblər:

• Development of Performance Testing Methodologies (PTM):Proven experience in creating and implementing performance testing methodologies, including the definition of criteria, metrics, and load scenarios, tailored to the specific needs of financial systems.
• Load Testing Profiling:Ability to analyze and create load profiles for the systems under test, including load calculation and bottleneck forecasting, with a focus on high-load environments such as banking applications.
• Work Experience:At least 4 years of experience in performance testing, preferably in the banking sector or similarly high-load systems.
• Executing Performance Tests:Hands-on experience in planning, executing, and analyzing performance tests with a strong focus on the requirements of financial systems.
• Proficiency with Performance Testing Tools:Strong proficiency with tools such as JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, or their equivalents.
• Stub and Emulator Development:Skills in creating stubs and emulators for external integrations to facilitate isolated testing.
• Knowledge Sharing:Willingness to share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, actively participating in team mentoring and training.
• English Proficiency:Level B2 or higher.
