- Procures and interprets legal advice to internal team, and ensure compliance with law and regulations
- Coordinates legal support for new and established investments across real estate specialism including hospitality and asset management
- Support the negotiation and drafting of critical contracts, optimising for commercial outcomes whilst protecting company from foreseeable circumstances
- Works with other internal stakeholder groups, including finance/investment and other brands within the Holding Group, to define and manage a regulatory strategy in support of operational services

- General knowledge of law
- Experience in the field of commercial law, real estate law, sales and purchases
- Work experience in hospitality industry and asset management;
- Reviewing and drafting various types of contracts and legal acts in both Azerbaijani and English
- Capability to analyse issues relating to business law, and proposing appropriate practical solutions
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (master degree would be preference)
- 5+ years of experience working in real estate sales. International experience or experience working with international developers on luxury branded real estate sales would be a preference
- Experience in a team management
- Perfect skills of speaking and writing in Azerbaijani and English
- Held similar position in local or international working environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, particularly clear and concise written communication
- Excellent negotiation skills and full resilience in handling pushback from the business
