As the Leader of Tech Loyalty Platform Tribe, you will be responsible for building and optimizing the Loyalty Engine and Bonus Integration Layer that powers our business loyalty programs. You will lead the development of scalable, high-performance solutions for processing transactions, event-based triggers, flexible rule configurations, and seamless partner integrations. Your role will be critical in ensuring a robust, modular, and extensible technology stack to support business needs.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in leading engineering teams, with a strong focus on building in-house loyalty, rewards, or financial transaction platforms.
- Deep expertise in event-driven architectures, transaction processing, and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kubernetes, and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of SDK, API development, data streaming, and integration best practices.
- Experience in designing admin panel tools for dynamic rule management and real-time configuration.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, drive engineering excellence, and align technical solutions with business needs.
- Experience in fintech, banking, e-commerce, or large-scale transactional systems is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of security, compliance, and data protection in loyalty and financial ecosystems.

- Define and implement API-based integrations to connect loyalty services with various transaction sources, CRM, payment systems, and customer interaction points.
- Oversee security, compliance, and fraud prevention within the loyalty platform.
- Collaborate closely with Business Loyalty Tribe to align technical capabilities with business goals.
- Evaluate and implement the right technology stack, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and future-proofing the platform.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and low-latency processing of loyalty transactions.
