Kapital Bank invites experienced and qualified candidates from Azerbaijan and the CIS countries to join the agile block of Kapital Bank as Lead management Product owner at CVM Tribe.

• Defining the vision for the team’s product, creation and prioritization product backlog. Shape and own the product road-map;
• Lead cross-functional product team through process of clarifying requirements and delivery expectations with business stakeholders;
• Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process;
• Identifying areas of improvement in lead generation process;
• Aligning status of product with stakeholders
   

Tələblər
 

• Undergraduate degree or higher;
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in project delivery preferably experience as Product owner or Project Manager
• Experience in development of CRM tools
• Understanding the concepts of effect calculation from cross-sell and activation communications
• High data competency, running data-driven backlog
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal;
• Strong presentation skills;
