- Preparing of sales offers;
- Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system;
- Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client conferences and meeting;
- Carrying out customer credit limit studies;
- Analyzing and monitoring possible customer risks;
- Transfering of orders to the system in accordance with company procedures;
- Coordinating with the legal department for the follow-up of suspicious receivables;
- Working in coordination with relevant departments for tracking and collection of open accounts;
- Preparation of external budget and cost studies and reports requested by the top management.
Namizədə tələblər:
- Bachelor’s degree in International relationship, Foreign Trade or equivalent;
- Having at least 1 year of experience (preferably production experience);
- Excellent interpersonal, persuasion and problem-solving skills;
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications;
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages;
Additional information:
- Salary will be agreed during the interview within the existing grading system;
- Lunch and transportation will be provided by the company;
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00;
- The place of work is located in Sumgayit city, HZ Tagiyev settlement.
