- Performs service desk functions, responds to ticket inquiries, records, documents, and troubleshoots customer issues.

- Performs duties associated with setup, configuration and installation of system software products and peripheral equipment.

- Programs and troubleshoots computer software and hardware. Identifies, logs, and resolves problems

- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
