IT Business Analyst

We are an Agile team, developing revolutionary and innovative products, launching emerging financial technologies and end-to-end high-tech solutions. As IT Business Analyst will be a liaison between business and technology areas responsible for translating business needs to IT solutions, and vice versa, with current programs, projects and initiatives. This role gives the unique opportunity to participate in a variety of projects, work on different business domains, collaborate with many teams in the company and participate in their decision-making process

Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business fields;

Minimum 3 years of experience in process expertise, business analysis, or a similar field;

Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or other modeling standards;

Experience with tools like Draw.io, Camunda, or Bizagi;

Experience in Agile methodology is an advantage;

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills;

Technical level proficiency in English; knowledge of Russian is a plus;

Support the team in preparing the product for testing both technically and from a business perspective;

Experience working with tools like Jira and Confluence;

Familiarity with API contracts, and understanding of request-response models;

·       Experience with tools such as Postman and SOAP;

·       Business experience in credit products and core banking systems is desirable.

Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed analysis reports;

 Document processes and workflows for relevant business areas at both technical and business levels;

 Facilitate communication between technical and business teams;

 Develop proposals for improvement of projects and processes;

Coordinate the identification and validation of system and software requirements;

 Create data analytics and process models (using BPMN or other standards);

Support the management of projects using Kanban or Scrum methodologies.
