- Support the Learning and Development team in achieving objectives set in Operational Plan;
- To provide relevant inputs in program design and facilitation;
- Support in planning, scheduling and facilitating Learning and Development programs (online and in person);
- Event management at PASHA HUB venue (liaison with counterparties related to administration, and facility management); venue maintenance support (stock control, facility-related issues); Logistical and administrative support throughout HUB activities and programs;
- Communication-related to programs and activities with participants and major stakeholders (both internal and external counterparties);
- Support in contract administration, follow up on timely payments (liaison with finance, procurement, administrative department and relevant parties in Strategic Assets); Review contracts and making sure that all details are clearly outlined and executed;
- Maintenance of program-related information and data;
- Support with the internal and external communications for learning initiatives;
- Support the team in the evaluation of programs and their effectiveness to access content fit to the needs.
Namizədə tələblər:
- Minimum 2-3 years of total work experience, including 1 year of work experience in function;
- Bachelor or master's degree in a related field;
- Proficiency in English and Azerbaijani. Knowledge of Russian is desirable;
- Proficiency in MS Office package;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good time management and problem-solving skills;
- Creative mindset.
