- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications;
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements;
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.;
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
- Network and build contacts to source candidates better in the future;
- Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all personnel;
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, career development, disciplinary actions);
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation for line managers and ensure compliance to aforementioned.
- Work following company policy and standards.
Namizədə tələblər:
- A bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience with recruitment processes and databases
- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good decision-making skills
