- Take responsibility for managing all digital platforms, including websites, marketing and sales tools, digital screens, hosting, and related platforms, overseeing their development and updates.
- Assist in the setup, maintenance, development, and testing of new functionalities in CRM.
- Coordinate the launch and optimization of online advertising campaigns on Google Adwords, Yandex Metrika, and across all relevant social media platforms.
- Conduct advanced analytics and reporting for all digital channels using various web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, LuckyOrange, and others.
- Generate business and sales and marketing performance reports, dashboards, and analytics within CRM.
- Coordinate and monitor SEO efforts with outsourced agencies for English, Azerbaijani, and Russian.
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails, and organize their distribution through various channels.
- Conduct analysis and provide insights to the Marketing Director for initiatives within the Sales and Marketing Department.
- Evaluate and enhance the sales funnel, with a particular focus on digital activities and the lead generation.
- Collaborate with web and interactive tool designers to improve the user experience.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to improve campaign placements.
- Maintain partnerships with digital media agencies and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company and data protection policies and procedures.
- Report directly to the Marketing Director and provide recommendations for improving the digital spectrum.
- Stay updated with online marketing trends and maintain up-to-date strategies.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

- A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Marketing, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a similar discipline is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing is necessary, with a preference of expertise within the area of digital marketing.
- IT familiarity and computer proficiency in MS Office is required. Experience in SalesForce, Huspot (or other CRM), would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Knowledge of CMS and ad serving tools (Facebook Business Manager, Google Adwords, Google Analytics,) is necessary.
- Excellent comprehension of digital marketing concepts and best practices, including experience with B2C social media, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM is required.
- Comprehension of contemporary marketing, communications, and promotions principles and practices is necessary.
- An analytical mindset and critical thinking skills are necessary.
- Project management experience is necessary.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Fluency in English, Azerbaijani, and Russian languages is required at an advanced level.
