- To make data supported suggestions in order to adapt Product and Service portfolio of the company for achieving profitable and customer oriented set of offerings
- To prepare business cases for justification of undertaking a project or program which includes analytical justification of benefit, cost and risk and provides a rationale for the preferred solution
- To execute end to end targeted campaigns, such as usage stimulation initiatives, up-/cross- selling and retention campaigns via marketing automation tool
- To support coordination of outbound team for execution up-sell/cross-sell outbound calling programs according the segmentation model and operational roadmap
- To prepare of the corresponding reports regarding responsible working areas, including monitoring and evaluation the returns on each campaign (ROI), in terms of subscriber retention, generated revenue, usage, ARPU and etc.
- To analyse dynamics, trends and performance of the market players in Customer Value Management and Business Intelligence areas and assessment of their impact on Company
- To automate all processes related to core activities of CVM unit, such as business analysis, customer segmentation assignation of segmented offers and reporting
- To provide feedbacks regarding improvement of existing systems and processes as well as end to end implementation of positive changes
- To support team during major projects related to CVM scope, including Requirements analysis, Stakeholder analysis, Planning and Design, Solution Evaluation, Implementation evaluation (UAT and Sanity testing) Post-launch analysis and monitoring.
Namizədə tələblər:- Higher education in Economics, Marketing, Applied Math and Cybernetics or other related fields
- Business and Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics proficient, marketing
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM, Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing or Forecasting in Telecommunication, FMCG, Financial or other relevant sectors
- Azerbaijani and English (Fluent), Russian (preferable)
- Good knowledge of one of the statistical tools (i.e. Stata, R, Python)
- SAS/SQL (preferable)
