- Develop, rollout effective and efficient commercial strategies, KPIs to deliver Top line, market share growth and ensure sufficiently strong execution across channels, customers, regions.
- Determine business development needs by market/segment and determine the optimized placement of resources across the channels.
- Lead key decisions on Go To Market, Commercial competitiveness, market share growth plan via short and long term priority setting process. Priorities. Define, agree and decisively implement all commercial policies for pricing and product ranges whilst supporting with route-to-market strategies.
- Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders within company, customers and partners.
- Lead and lean new business opportunities and relationships with large retailers and food manufacturers to support the attainment of internal growth targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans to realize commercial opportunities.
- Assess go-to-market strategies in liaison with Regional B2B Sales leads based on analytics
- Monitor changes in value to shopper and value to consumer trends to develop insights and drive actions as necessary
- Have full P&L accountability, lead and communicate P&L statements to key stakeholders, justifying expenditures and explaining profit levels.
- Manage and track expenditures, financial goals and budgets.
- Deliver annual financial targets including sales, margins, working capital, commercial fixed costs, and profitability.
- Provide line management leadership, coaching and motivation to a team to ensure teams impact and development while filling the talents pipeline for the future roles
- Collaborate with Leadership Team to drive a winning culture with a growth mindset
Namizəd üçün tələblər
- BSc/BA in business administration, finance or relevant field.
- Sales/Commercial background.
- Above 8 years of experience in the FMCG industry within commercial functions including people management & leadership roles with a solid track record of achievements & accomplishments
- In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
- Strategic and analytical thinking.
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
- Excellent presentation skills, able to convey a clear message
- Proven track record in managing senior stakeholders
- Previous experience in business acumen in FMCG or Beverage Industry
- Initiative and the ability to effectively collaborate with different stakeholders and the ability to motivate sales teams.
- Confident presenting and tracking budgets in Excel and knowledge of Power BI would be advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal English and Russian communication skills.
- A valid driver’s license
