We are a growing B2B service company providing dedicated call center operators to small and medium-sized businesses in the US, UK, and Europe.

Our operators work directly in the client’s systems and CRM, acting as an extension of the client’s internal team. This approach ensures seamless integration, high service quality, and long-term partnerships.

We focus on businesses that require 3–50 dedicated call center operators and value consistent, scalable customer communication.

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Call Center Specialist to work as a dedicated operator for one of our international clients.

The selected candidate will be officially employed by our company but will represent and work on behalf of a client from an English-speaking market, handling daily communication with their customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls on behalf of the assigned client
  • Communicate with customers in English in a clear, professional, and friendly manner
  • Follow client scripts, procedures, and communication guidelines
  • Schedule appointments, follow up with customers, and update calendars
  • Accurately enter call results, notes, and customer data into the client’s systems
  • Resolve basic customer inquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Maintain high standards of call quality, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Represent the client’s brand and values in every interaction

 

Requirements

  • Female candidates only
  • High level of spoken and written English (Advanced / Fluent)
  • Previous experience in a call center, customer support, or sales role is an advantage
  • Clear speaking voice and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work with calendars, and online tools
  • High level of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work non-standard or flexible hours aligned with US/UK time zones
  • Ability to work full-time from the office
