Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Focus on building long-term business relationships with Partners in the assigned portfolio.
- Proactively communicate with Partners in the region via phone and internal messaging to assist in business development, as well as in-person online meetings and market visits to the assigned portfolio (up to 50% of the time).
- Oversee operational and commercial metrics of assigned portfolio and given market.
- Excellence in assessing local market characteristics, trends, and factors, and effectively prioritizing and managing assigned portfolio performance to drive business value and GMV growth.
- Manage and orchestrate consumer-facing campaigns, ensuring that all processes are implemented at the city/zone/cuisine level to improve overall performance and maximize campaign results.
- Observe market and competitor behavior and create Partner optimization plans to increase volumes from existing customers.
About you:
- You will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, business consultancy, business development, sales, customer support
- You have affinity or experience within e-commerce, HoReCa and/or food tech or other on demand industry are considered a plus.
- You have a proven track record of client success and consistently achieving metrics and revenue targets.
- You have good analytical skills. Ability to interpret and present data to support decision-making.
- You will be passionate about building relations with others and have sales approach.
- You will have excellent communication & written skills in Azerbaijani, Russian and communicative English.
