We are Kibrit – Software Developer and IT-Systems Integrator company. Our history started in 2010; in those times, we were known as RCom and specialized in IT-integration only. Our first projects related to planning and building It-infrastructures for medium-sized businesses. We increased our portfolio, developed our own product line, defined the scope of our services and at the same time acquired recognition.

Graphic Designer

Job brief:

We are currently in search and need of an extremely creative mind that can absorb visual trends and deploy them in fresh and exciting ways. Our company is looking for a Graphic Designer, with goal to grow, get experiences. We promise to feed our designer and surround by love, and care 

Job duties

• Producing designs for Social Media 
• Put together disparate elements of a design, such as the icons, photographs and other components necessary for presentations 
• Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media, including infographics
• Ability to produce the design for print (according sizes, colors & etc.) 
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Producing a host of ideas, selecting the best ones and selling them to the other members of the team

Skills and qualifications:

• InDesign
• Illustrator
• Photoshop
• Sketch (preferable)

Additional skills and abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of English and Russian languages (communication level)
• A knowledge of current design tools and software
• The ability to meet deadlines 
• The ability to think creatively and deliver impressive concepts
• Excellent communication skills
