- Education: Higher education (Economy or Human Resources);
- Age: 23-35;
- Gender: Male candidates are preferred;
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the relevant field;
- Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Ability to conduct employment interviews;
- Negotiation skills, fluency;
- Ability to work with collective and staff;
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the investigation and approval process of employee needs;
- To analyze the incoming applications, to invite the candidates whose competence, experience, and knowledge match the necessary characteristics of the required employee to the test or interview stage;
- Organization of recruitment and placement work in general (finding candidates for vacancies, conducting interviews, deciding on the candidate's employment together with the head of the structure);
- Obtaining references for successful candidates;
- Notifying candidates about interview results;
- Preparation of recruitment reports;
- Participate in the regulation of employer-employee relations;
- Developing a needs plan with department heads to forecast future hiring needs;
- Regular participation in job fairs and career events;
Work graphic:
- Working hours 09:00 - 18:00, Saturday and Sunday rest day;
- Provision of lunch;
- Delivery to the place of work by means of transport;
- The salary is determined based on the interview.
