System Development Chapter Lead (PL/SQL)

Öhdəliklər:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of PL/SQL developers;
• Ensure onboarding of new employees, providing necessary initial knowledge and mentorship;
• Support the career development of team members, set annual career goals, and provide regular feedback;
• Plan and execute resource allocation and project assignments to optimize team productivity;
• Monitor and ensure the quality of work delivered by the team;
• Provide feedback to the field manager regarding team performance and work quality;
• Ensure effective resource sharing within the team and across projects;
• Formulate and drive new proposals and ideas for system improvements and innovations;
• Develop and implement new trends and technologies relevant to PL/SQL development;
• Conduct and participate in Agile ceremonies based on the Agile playbook.

Tələblər:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Extensive experience in PL/SQL development, with a strong understanding of database management systems;
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and manage a team of developers;
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Experience with Agile methodologies and practices;
• Ability to provide strategic advice and support to stakeholders;
• Strong understanding of business development methodologies and strategies.
