What you will do
• Respond to the comments and messages on Social Media Pages immediately;
• Publish and share content on social media according to the content plan;
• Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies;
• Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications;
• Contribute to the content plan creation process.
What you are expected to bring
• Good written skills of Azerbaijani, Russian and English;
• Bachelor’s degree in any field1+ year experience as a Social Media Specialist;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work with a team;
• Attention to the details.
