Zeta Group is looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to manage our social media accounts

Main Responsibilities:

• Working with social media accounts and platforms.
• Analysis of the market, audience and competitors
• Development and implementation of strategy in social networks in accordance with business objectives.
• Prepare weekly and monthly content and share it on social media
• Replying to comments (feedback, message) and queries coming to the network daily,
• Engaging subscribers, increasing the audience
• To be able to propose projects that will constantly improve the content of the page
• Formalization of monthly summary report on all platforms, analysis of the effectiveness of SM management
• Track SEO and website traffic indicators.
• Collaborate with other teams such as, sales and customer service department to ensure brand compliance. Contact your subscribers, respond to inquiries on time and track customer reviews.
• Development of creative ideas and proposals for products and services
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of the market and competitors
• Responding to inquiries received by clients in the social network on behalf of the company within the framework of corporate values, etc.

Work conditions:

• Work hours 09:00 - 18:00
• Work days 5/2
• Salary 800 azn

Main Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of work experience in social media and evidence of successful activity in the period of previous work in this field is important.

• Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
• Professional level of written, verbal communication and creative thinking skills
• Experience in social media planning and management, social media activity, creative approach to work
• Ability to work in a team, make presentations and analyze
• Ability to track, analyze and research the agenda
• Knowledge and experience in site management
• Experience in creating and managing (must)
• Ability to communicate, working correspondence and presentation
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Be creative-minded, responsible and attentive
• Ability to work in a team
